5Christmas gifts  Jan 12, 2009 By Troy H. Riggle "riggs"
Outstanding Atlas. Have a group of friends that exchange "Harley" gifts at Christmas time. We all like to travel and saw this at Target for $35.00. The price at Amazon I could afford to buy 4 of these. They loved em. Will frame poster that is included.

5great book, great ergonomics, most practical  Mar 06, 2009 By Jacques the Rider "Jacques the Rider"
The Rand McNally Harley Davidson Ride Atlas of North America: U.S., Canada, Mexico with Map is one of the best purchases I have made for a long time. I'm planning a coast to coast to coast trip to the U.S. for three months starting in mid July 2010. Along with the Harley Davidson ride planner (look it up on the H.R. site) I have already "reached" Warren R.I. on my way to Price Edward Island in New Brunswick, Canada crossing the Confederation Bridge. It looks like the book will be with me all along the trip and the important information it supplies wil most certainly be used on a daily basis. Seldom have I bought anything so exactly what the Doctor oerdered.

5The Trucker's Atlas for Bikers  Aug 18, 2009 By homesick
This is as good a specialized atlas for bikes as the trucker's atlas is for the big boys. Typical Rand McNally work- thorough and well executed. It also looks to be pretty durable.

It gives HD dealers' locations (latitude/longitude and on map), addresses, and phone numbers. It shows recommended rides and local riding tips. It gives distances in several formats. It even has a map dedicated to getting you to Milwaukee, Intergalactic Command Center of HD.

Two thumbs up.

5Excellent Sight Seeing Tool  Feb 14, 2010 By Michael L. Hanlen
This book is an excellent guide for the motorcycle rider or automobile vacationeer who desires to see the beauty that this Country has to offer. The maps and travel information make traveling in nearly every state almost effortless. I have traveled some of the suggested rides, prior to getting the book, and their descriptions are right on. I only wish I had the guide before I had visited the areas, and intend to use it for future rides to ease the trip.

5great gift for a harley guy  Jan 20, 2009 By Holly Imus "doggie mom"
I bought this as a christmas gift for my father in law. He has a harley and enjoys taking day trips as well as interstate trips on his harley. This road atlas is a great gift for someone who travels often, it has scenic motorcycle related excursions highlighted and front page pictures and extras on each trip including the milage and view points. There is information on traveling outside the USA, boarder crossing info and each states laws on motorcycle riding. I was very impressed with how much information is available for the motorcycle rider to help plan various vacations
